Mivel a szállásadó sem angolul sem németül sem magyarul nem beszélt semmilyen pontos információ nem állt rendelkezésünkre. Logikusnak látszott hogy órákban mérik a klíma használatát, ezért úgy számoltunk hogy 24 órai használat 5 euro. A 6 napos nyaralás alatt 31 órát használtuk a klímát amiért kb. 10 eurót terveztünk fizetni. A szállásadó viszont 30 eurot kért és ekkor már érdekes módon tudott magyar nyelvű kapcsolatot találni az Adriatic-nál. A hölgynek elmondtuk a problémánkat aki gyakorlatilag azt mondta hogy vagy kifizetjük a 30 eurot vagy feketelistára tesz minket illetve kiderült hogy a 30 euróért a 2 klímát 6 napig korlátlanul lehetett volna használnunk. Összefoglalva elmondhatjuk hogy alaposan megkevertek, félrevezettek és ezzel megkárosítottak minket mert 2x6x24=288 órás klímahasználatot fizettünk ki a 31 óra helyett. Így sikerült tönkre tennie az Adriatic-nak a jónak ígérkező nyaralásunkat.
