Így aztán sikerült dupla áron nyaralnunk!!

Igaz, már nagyon későn foglaltam, és megörültem, hogy a keresett időpontban találtam. Aztán már láttuk, hogy nem ez lesz álmaink szállása, de igyekeztünk felkészülni minden tisztítószerrel, és azt gondoltuk, túl tudjuk tenni magunkat a nehézségeken. De ez a kemény doh szag!!!
Amit még nem értettem! Több száz kilométerről utaztunk, az autópálya olykor bedugult, komppal kellett átkelnünk, amiről nem tudtuk előre, milyen gyakran megy, mégis előre kellett volna jeleznünk az érkezésünk várható időpontját! A tól-ig megjelölés nem volt megfelelő.
Utólag levélben jeleztem a problémát az Irodának, miután 4 nap múlva ismét szálláskeresésben voltunk. Délután, amikor az új szálláson voltunk, és épp pakoltam, hívtak, de a lányom nem értette, mert nem tudta, hogy míg az új szállást kerestük, írtam az Irodának, hogy jól jönne egy kis segítség, mivel olcsó lehetőségeket kínáltak. Így aztán levélben válaszoltak, azt írták, sajnos nem tudnak segíteni, főidényben minden hely foglalt, de a panaszunkat kivizsgálják. Istennek hála, elég gyorsan találtunk egy újabb, szép és jó, minden igényt kielégítő, új, modern berendezésű, tengerhez közeli szállást, szintén Tkon-ban. Az Iroda szolgáltatásait azonban valószínűleg nem fogom sem ajánlani, sem még egyszer igénybe venni!!
