Воспользовалась данным сайтом при бронировании,т.к. организация сайта очень удобная ,есть возможность не напрягаясь выбрать и забронировать объект. Я бы сказала, что сайт самый хороший из подобных. Так же приятно удивило наличие русскоговорящего менеджера. Тоже дает приемущества данному агентству.Но услугами агенства думаю я больше не воспользуюсь и другим не посоветую, формальный подход. Не хочу ни кого обидеть, но мы платим агенству деньги и жилье обходится нам заведомо дороже именно потому, что доверяем агенству-посреднику и надеемся на получение объективной информации. Притензии высказывать не хочу, но информация об объектах дана не корректная. Сначало мы выбрали объект на двоих, якобы свободный, потом нам сказали, что он занят на это время, хотя бронировали еще в феврале. Ладно , вежливо предложили другие варианты. Я например остановилась на объекте 2+1 из всех предложенных, т.к. было написано, что вход отдельный и на фото диван в качестве 3 места. Мы были вдвоем и нам не нужна была ещё одна кровать .По итогу, мебель другая, вместо дивана топчан, стульев в комнате не было, какие-то пуфики старые. Ни где в описании не сказано, что кухня без окна, а окно спальни выходит на общую терасу, на которой все соседи обедают,ужинают, завтракают, курят, беседуют,вешают бельё и это единственное окно, закрыть нельзя,душно, т.к. южная сторона. Отдельный вход-это что по вашему? Если рядом в 50см вход в соседние апарты, причем под прямым углом, т.е. из их двери видно нашу кровать.
С ребенком эти апартаменты категорически не подходят, а для троих это просто нереально тесно. Хозяева отличные люди, очень акуратные, сердобольные старики и с их стороны было сделано все для нашего комфорта.Им я очень благодарна и только благодаря этим людям была сглажена работа агенства. Потом ,я искала через форумы, кто нас довезет до места поздно вечером, а наш агент пытался убедить нас, что в это время можно доехать на автобусе и с трассы дойти самостоятельно, вместо того чтобы спросить хозяев о встрече. Они были искренне удевлены и сказали что могли бы встретить на машине,если было нужно. Единственно в чем нам помог агент, это на вопрос что лучше Чиово или Башка вода, посоветовал остановиться в Бакка воде. О чем мы не пожалелели и спасибо ему за это.
Короче, мой вам добрый совет, отдыхающие с детьми особая категория и на работу с ними выделите специального менеджера, который понимал бы нужды этих людей. Дети и матери во всем мире с одинаковыми потребностями. И надо сказать, что это самая прибыльныя аудитория, если к ним проявить внимание,т.к. ни какая мать не пожалеет денег для организации комфорта своему ребенку. И у женщин с детьми такие же подруги с детьми. Короче, одна довольная мать приведет к вам ещё сорок таких же.
