Beach Rajska plaža, Rab - Lopar

If you've ever wondered how the paradise looks like and where is it located, you should come to the island of Rab. Just as the name itself says, Paradise Beach will enchant you with its beauty. No wonder it was listed on the list of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world. The coastal belt, about 2 km long, is located on the southern part of the island near Lopar.

Lopar is a tourist town located about 12 km from the center of the city of Rab. The easiest ways to reach Lopar are with the Valbiska ferry line that goes directly to Lopar or Jablanac-Mišnjak line, after which you can reach Lopar by car.

The beach is quite sunny but below the pine trees, you can easily find the place hidden from the sun. The sea is quite shallow and warm, making it pleasant for swimming and also spending time with children (if traveling with family). There are special playgrounds and attractions for children and activities like beach volleyball, parasailing, jet-ski, etc. for grownups. You can take a walk down the promenade that follows the beach coastline. Along this promenade, you can find a restaurant or a bar where you can catch a break from swimming or other beach activities.
