The owner went through our stuff which we were away, I was supposed to pay half in cash and he never returned my change essentially robbing me, I looked for him multiple times and asked downstairs for him. He reported me for leaving the air conditioning on while we went to the supermarket which is ridiculous as we didn't want to come bad to a warm accommodation. One of the bed frames kept falling apart. Would NOT recommend this to anyone. Very intrusive owner and acted extremely shady.

Eto prilike da opišem ne bas lijepo iskustvo sa agencijom i vlasnikom...kao peteročlana obitelj sa malom bebom (20mj)koja ne zauzima dodatni ležaj nego spava u bračnom krevetu nije trebao apartman za 5 osoba i tako sam rezervirala
apart.za 4 osobe.Uplata je bila 50% avansno i ostatak na dan dolaska vlasniku...Vlasnik je inzistirao da moram platiti 10€ po danu za treće dijete(svugdje u svijetu i Hrv. dijete od 0-3 god.ukoliko ne zauzima dodatni ležaj ne plaća)jer on je treća osoba(i troši vise vode od nas odraslih:O i da ne pišem kakve "no sense"opravdanja mi navađao da mi naplati 10€ za dijete....tu se nasla i agencija koja je htjela,naravno,isto izvuci dodatnih eura za navodnu "promjenu rezervacije"....iskustvo....booking.com i adriatic.hr cu izbjegavati naveliko...
That opportunity to describe not just a nice experience with the agency and the owner ... as a family of five with a small baby (20mj) that does not take up extra bed but sleeping in the marital bed should not have an apartment for 5 people and so I booked a apart.za 4 people. the payment was 50% in advance and the rest upon arrival at the ... Owner insisted that I have to pay 10 € per day for the third child (everywhere in the world and Cro. child 0-3 god.ukoliko does not take an extra bed does not pay) because he is the third person (and consumes more water than we adults: Oh and not to write any "no sense" excuse me navađao to charge me € 10 for a child that has found itself .... and the agency that wanted to, of course, the same extract additional euros for alleged "change of booking" experience .... .... booking.com and adriatic.hr I avoid widely ...

Zdecydowałam się na komentarz, aby trochę ostudzić zapał co do uprzejmości i uczynności gospodarza (chodzi tylko o samego gospodarza). W sytuacji kryzysowej, w której znalazłam się podczas pobytu na wakacjach niestety nie mogłam liczyć na pomoc właściciela. Ba nawet na jakiekolwiek zainteresowanie. Mąż na kwaterze miał wypadek i był hospitalizowany a właściciel oprócz zapewnienia, że mu przykro nie zrobił nic. Zażądał nawet uiszczenia kwoty za rozbitą szybę w łazience na kwotę 35 kun... Dobrze radzę, aby zainteresowani kwaterą obejrzeli wszystkie okna, szafki i inne sprzęty, bo niestety nikt nie wie co się może zdarzyć, a szyba w łazience, która podczas naszego pobytu stłukła się była pęknięta. Nie liczcie też na jakąkolwiek pomoc ze strony gospodarza, która przekraczać będzie zwykyły rodzaj usług. Przykre, bo to kolejny nasz pobyt w Chorwacji i pozostało rozczarowanie...
I decided to comment to some cool enthusiasm for the courtesy and helpfulness of the host (just about the same host). In a crisis situation in which I found myself while on vacation unfortunately I could not count on help from the owner. Ba even any interest. My husband had an accident at headquarters and was hospitalized and the owner except to ensure that he was sorry he did not do anything. Even pay the amount demanded by the broken glass in the bathroom for an amount of 35 kuna ... Well my advice to interested quarters viewed all the windows, cabinets and other equipment, because, unfortunately, no one knows what can happen, and the glass in the bathroom, which during our stay was smashed to cracked. Do not count on it any help from the host, which will exceed zwykyły type of service. Sad, because it is again our stay in Croatia and was left disappointed ...
