Elsőre kicsit ijesztő a társasház külseje, de az apartman rendben van. Igen, ezt nem írják, de ez egy társasházi lakás amit kapunk, rajtunk kívül mindenki lakó. Ez az egy lakás amit kiadnak, de nekem tetszett, sőt talán jobb is, mintha minden lakás apartman lenne (csend van, nincs hajnalba megérkező bulihad, stb.). A lakás viszonylag tiszta volt, bár néhol találtunk "porcicát", pókhálót. A konyha tényleg jól felszerelt még mosogató gép is volt. A fürdő átlagos, mosógép is van. A hálószoba rendben volt, a másik szoba (ami a képen is látható) csak nappalinak használható. A gyerek aludt volna itt, de a kanapét nem lehet kihúzni, az akkora amekkorának látszik. Így végül hárman aludtunk a francia ágyon. Ha valaki (mint én is) térképen megnézi, hogy milyen távolságra vannak a strandok, nem fog csalódni (a méterekben), csak azt is számolja hozzá, hogy ez légvonalban van:). Iszonyatos mennyiségű lépcsőn keresztül lehet lejutni a tengerhez! A távolság nem nagy, de 60 fok-os szögben kell lépcsőzni, ami lefelé nem gond, de visszafelé........(elég jó kondiba vagyok, de levert a víz). Gyerekkel voltunk (6 éves), Ő tudott jönni - menni, de ha valaki kisebb gyerekkel megy nem ajánlom, a babakocsit nem lehet tolni, csak lépcső van, abból viszont rengeteg. Persze lehet menni az úton is (szerpentin jellegű), de akkor Km-ekkel kell számolni. A tulaj kedves, várt minket, nem volt semmi gond. Angolul nem beszél, a németül egy kicsit, de megértettük egymást. A parkolás miatt aggódtam kicsit (erről mindenki hallott híreket, büntetéseket), de itt nincs gond. A ház mögött-mellett van parkoló (ingyenes) + a fák közé is be lehetett állni. Összességében lakás rendben, parkolás rendben, a strandra sétálni/lépcsőzni kell.
First of all, the exterior of the condominium is a bit scary, but the apartment is fine. Yes, this is not written, but this is a condo apartment we get, but everyone outside of us is a resident. The bedroom was ok, the other room (which can be seen in the picture) can only be used as a living room. The child would have slept here, but the couch could not be pulled out, as it seems to be. So finally three of us slept on the French bed. If someone (like me) looks at the distance to the beaches, he will not be disappointed (in meters), but he also counts that it is in line.:) You can go down to the sea through a weird stairway! The distance is not big, but you have to step at 60 degrees, which is down, but backwards ........ (I'm pretty good, but the water is dropping). We were with kids (6 years old), He could come - go, but if you do not recommend a smaller child, the stroller can not be pushed, there is only stairs, but plenty of them. Of course you can go on the road (serpentine), but you have to calculate Kms. The owner was kind, waiting for us, there was no problem. She does not speak English in German, but we understand each other. I was worried about parking (everyone heard news, punishments), but there is no problem here. Behind the house is parking (free of charge) + the trees can be standing. Overall the apartment is OK, parking is OK, walk to the beach / stairs.
