House is located in a very quite village, close to the sea. There's a small beach nearby. The apartment is clean and tidy with a big terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, water kettle, etc. The owner is also very friendly.

Beste Lage, sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Wer es gern ruhig und gemütlich und sehr nette Vermieter mag, ist hier genau richtig.:)
Best location, very well maintained apartment with great sea views. Who likes it quiet and comfortable and very nice landlord, is just right.:)

A wonderful place to stay, good location 1 minute from the sea and lots of beautiful beaches nearby. Lovely appartment, very clean and wonderful terrace with sea view. We felt very at home in the appartment, we had everything that we needed for cooking. The owner Iris was lovely, she made us feel so welcome and was very helpful. We are so glad that we picked this appartment as it made our stay in Vis really fantastic!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung nicht bezogen, weil sie keine Klimaanlage hatte (und das auch noch während der Hitzewelle im August). Das war wohl die Erklärung dafür, dass das Apartment zur absoluten Hochsaison auf Vis kurzfristig noch verfügbar war. Eine Klimaanlage ist heutzutage eigentlich Standard und gehört in diesem Apartment dringend nachgerüstet. Daher können wir zu Unterkunft und Hausherrn keine Auskunft geben. Die Gegend kennen wir, sie ist großartig (Ort, Strände, Gastronomie). Der Service am Telefon von Adriatic war auch sehr gut und zuvorkommend. Eine kostenfreie Stornierung - oder wenigstens ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen bei der Stornierung - war nicht möglich, das wäre aber sicher sympathisch und kundenfreundlich gewesen. Nächstes Mal werden wir die Beschreibung der Wohnung eben genauer lesen. Adriatic kommt für eine Buchung genauso wie andere Web-Services auch künftig wieder in Frage.

We did not get the apartment because it had no air conditioning (and even during the heat wave in August). This was probably the explanation for the fact that the apartment was available to the absolute high season on Vis in the short term. Air conditioning is nowadays standard and belongs in this apartment urgently retrofitted. Therefore, we can not provide information about accommodation and house owners. The area we know, it is great (place, beaches, gastronomy). The service on the phone from Adriatic was also very good and attentive. A free cancellation - or at least a financial meeting with the cancellation - was not possible, but that would certainly have been sympathetic and customer-friendly. Next time we will read the description of the apartment. Adriatic will also be eligible for booking as well as other web services. MfG, RDP
