Schönes und sauberers Apartement. Sehr freundliche & hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Tolle lage und nicht weit von Bäckerei und Strand entfernt. Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Leider ist die Klimaanlage alt(kühlt nicht mehr gut) und nur am Flur, Schlafräume werden daher nicht gekühlt. Leider sind auch keine Insektennetze vorhanden, da es sehr viele Moskitos gibt ist das ein Problem...
Nice and clean apartment. Very friendly and helpful host. Great location and not far from the bakery and the beach. The kitchen is well equipped! Unfortunately the air conditioning is old (doesn't cool well anymore) and only in the hallway, so the bedrooms aren't cooled. Unfortunately there are no insect nets either, as there are a lot of mosquitoes, which is a problem...

L'appartamento è spazioso e ogni camera ha il suo bagno, se si vuole utilizzare la cucina lo doterei anche di una tovaglia e delle spugne per sciacquare i piatti per il resto è ben fornito. Siamo capitati in una settimana molto calda e l'appartamento è dotato di UN SOLO condizionatore posizionato nel corridoio che fa fatica a rinfrescare tutto l'appartamento. Andrebbe cambiato l'arredo esterno sul terrazzo (divanetto rotto - panche e tavolo esterno vecchie e scheggiate) . Le lenzuola che ci hanno fornito erano un pò piccole rispetto ai letti, ma fortunatamente non sono servite visto il caldo soffocante. Il cassettone presente in una delle stanze (esattamente quello in foto-non è nel salotto) sarebbe da aggiustare (due cassetti rotti).Da casa si può raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi con una bella camminata (almeno 10 minuti) quindi l'auto può rimanere parcheggiata. La signora che ci ha ricevuto è stata gentile e ha soddisfatto le nostre richieste. L'affitto è alto rispetto a come è messo l'appartametno quindi suggerireri di effettuare qualche miglioria.
The apartment is spacious and each room has its own bathroom, if you want to use the kitchen I would also equip it with a tablecloth and sponges to rinse the dishes, otherwise it is well stocked. We arrived in a very hot week and the apartment is equipped with ONLY ONE air conditioner positioned in the corridor which struggles to cool the whole apartment. The outdoor furniture on the terrace should be changed (broken sofa - old and chipped benches and outdoor table). The sheets they provided were a little small compared to the beds, but fortunately they weren't needed given the stifling heat. The chest of drawers in one of the rooms (exactly the one in the photo - it's not in the living room) would need to be fixed (two drawers broken). From home you can reach the beach on foot with a good walk (at least 10 minutes) so the car can stay parked. The lady who received us was kind and accommodated our requests. The rent is high compared to how the apartment is set up so I would suggest making some improvements.

Nice and big apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, close to beach (200 m), supermarket and restaurants. We loved the big private balcony, with see view. The pictures from the site should be updated, to display the nice view.
Only problem is that the aircon is located in the hallway, so that you need to leave the bedroom door open to benefit.
