Struttura poco curata, pentolame non adatto per 8 persone, solo 3 asciugamani per 8 persone, all'arrivo siamo arrivati in 4 ma pagato per 8 e ci hanno chiuso 2 camere, i fornelli di 4 ne funzionano solo 2, praticamente uno schifo
! :(
Structure not treated, cookware not suitable for 8 people, only 3 towels for 8 people, on arrival we arrived in 4 but paid for 8 and we have closed 2 rooms, the stove 4 works only 2, basically a disgusting!:(

Haben einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub (Juli/August) in diesem Haus verbracht. Aufgrund einer Überbuchung (die Dame inserierte die Ferienwohnung auf mehreren Anbieterportalen) mussten wir auf die Privatwohnung der Vermieterin ausweichen. Anstatt mehrerer (4) Badezimmer mussten wir uns so 1 mit zwei Familien teilen. Alles halb so schlimm, wäre da nicht die Vermieterin mit ihrer schlechten Laune. Mal hat sie gegrüßt, dann wieder nicht. Dann lief sie des Öfteren an uns vorbei und stöhnte, heulte, weil sie uns ihre Privatwohnung überlassen musste. Dabei hatten wir angeboten auszuziehen...bloß wollte sie uns die Anzahlung von 1036,00 EUR nicht zurückgeben. 2 Tage später gab es einen Rohrbruch in der obersten Mietwohnung, wodurch Fäkalien durch eine Lampe in ein Badezimmer in der Mietwohnung über uns gelangten. Da waren wir froh, nicht in der Mietwohnung, sondern in der Privatwohnung zu wohnen.
Alles in allem ist das Objekt nicht gepflegt, sondern verwohnt. Leider absolut nicht wie auf den veröffentlichten Fotos. Im Garten steht ein ramponierter Wohnwagen, der als Müllabladeplatz genutzt wird, direkt neben dem Grill, auf dem auch Müll verbrannt wird... die Plastik-Gartenstühle sind älteren Datums (einer ist während des Benutzens zusammengebrochen) und schon mehrmals überlackiert worden.
Schade, der Ausblick aufs Meer und die gute Lage hätten es zu einem Geheimtipp machen können.
Have spent a 2-week holiday (July / August) in this house. Due to an overbooking (the lady advertised the apartment on several provider portals) we had to resort to the private apartment of the landlady. Instead of several (4) bathrooms, we had to share 1 with two families. Everything half so bad, it would not be the landlady with her bad mood. Sometimes she greeted, then not again. Then she often passed us by and moaned, howling because she had to give us her private apartment. We had offered to move out ... only she did not want to give us the deposit of 1036.00 EUR. Two days later, there was a burst pipe in the top rented apartment, which feces through a lamp in a bathroom in the rented apartment over us. Since we were glad not to live in the rented apartment, but in the private apartment. All in all, the object is not maintained, but worn. Unfortunately not as on the published photos. In the garden is a battered caravan, which is used as Müllabladeplatz, right next to the grill, on which also garbage is burned ... the plastic garden chairs are older date (one has collapsed during use) and have been painted several times. Too bad, the view of the sea and the good location could have made it a secret.

Dom na zaniedbanej działce (połamana huśtawka, rozwalająca się przyczepa kempingowa i stara łódka !), nie ma tam odrobiny cienia. Balkon cały dzień na słońcu bez żadnego zadaszenia czy parasola. Klimatyzacja nie działa. Sam apartament w porządku, chociaż mogłoby być bardziej czysto. Burcząca i zupełnie niepomocna gospodyni. NIE POLECAM!
idk: A house on a neglected plot (broken swing, sprawling caravan and old boat!), there is not a hint of shade. Balcony all day in the sun without any roofing or umbrella. Air conditioning does not work. The apartment itself is fine, although it could be more clean. A burly and completely unhappy housewife. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The accommodation was very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the sea. The village is quiet and fantastic for relaxation. The nearest beach was empty or there was only a few people. There are nice sand beaches on the island, too. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax or you like cycling /hiking, I definitely recommend this place.
