Dear guest, the house owner would like to say that they are unpleasantly surprised by the mediocre rating. They try to make all guests feel as comfortable as possible. All guests have to respect the house rules which are specified by the tourist board. The house owners had lots of complaints from other guests that were in the same house and also neighbors to warn you about the noise. Also during the stay, guests have to ask the owners permission to bring other people to the apartment. We are sorry if you decided to give a mediocre review because of the owners warning that you have to respect the house rules.
