    Kreveti bi morali biti malo bolji. Svi gosti u appartmanu su posle sedmice imali probleme sa leđima - zato 3 zvezdice. Veliki plus za veš mašinu i pečnicu u apartmanu.

    Domaćina nismo ni vidjeli ni čuli, nego zadnji dan. Apartman je loše opremljen , vrlo skromno, minimalno, nije prilagođen za peteročlanu obitelj od kojih su dvoje tineđera različitog spola i jednim malenim djetetom, koje još uvijek spava s rodietljima, a koje treba vlastiti krevet koji ne stane jer je prostor zaista premal za 5 osoba, iako se apartman vodi kao takav. Kreveti su spojeni i nije realno za očekivati da će dječak i djevojčica od 17 i 14 godina spavati na jednom zajedničkom krevetu. Predlažem vlasniku da razmisli o razdvojenim krevetima u jednoj od soba, kao i da modernije opremi apartman, šrto ne bi trebalo biti ni skupo ni nemoguće. Da razmisli o malo modernijem i boljem uređenju, što također doprinosi tome da se bolje i ugodnije osjećate dok ste unutra u samom apartmanu. Za ponuđenu cijenu realno je očekivati sve navedeno. Ljudi i gosti koji plaćaju jako skupe usluge, naučili su na ipak malo veći komfor, luksuz i bolju opremljenost. Prednost apartmana je što ima perilicu za rublje u njemu, lijep pogled na more i blizina plaže, te je okruženje mirno. Istina je da smo kao gosti znali otprlike, prema slikama što nas čeka, iako na slikama sve izgleda dosta prostranije, prozračnije, svjetlije, komfornije, ali moram priznati da je bilo prilično neugodno iznenađenje, jer smo se nadali da se barem u jednoj od soba kreveti mogu razdvojiti, pa predlažem vlasniku da to i učini ukoliko izdaje apartman za goste s više djece. To su konstruktivne kritike vlasniku, koji se pokazao na kraju dosta korektnim u pristupu, iako nije umanjio cijenu unatoč nezdovoljstvu klijenata, što bi bio civilizacijski iskorak ili da se barem ispričao zbog cijene koja je previsoka, nego se izgovarao na agenciju s kojom ima ugovor. Agencija je poslušala naše primjedbe, ali naravno nije reagirala i smatra da su neutemeljene. Dakle, cijena apartmana je previsoka za ono što nudi. Da su vlasnik i agencija ispravno i pošteno napisali cijenu i ponudili manju, onda bi za tu vrijednost dobili to što se zaista dobije, a ovako se stječe krivi dojam i navodi se goste na nešto što ne odgovara ponuđenoj cijeni. Naime, uvidom u ostale smještajne jedince koje su po istoj cijeni, možete uočiti vrlo različite skokove u kvalitet ponude smještaja. Cijene su takve, ali često ne odgovaraju ponudi....

    A nice apartment, sufficient for a family of four, with a large terrace and an excellent view on the sea. The landlord took a good care of us. Large parking place, easy to park your car. Very quiet surrounding - last house in the road, then only hills around. Air conditioning in the kitchen, indirectly cooling also the two bedrooms, which is perfect. The location is good - 3 minutes walk to the shop, 8-10 minutes walk to the Prizba beach, which has a good bar, beach volleyball court, rental of SUPs/windsurf/kayaks etc.
