Sprcha , katastrofálna, nebezpečná , domáci upozornil aby sme sa sprchovali pri vypnutom svetle.aby nás nezabila elektrika, ostré kachličky , jednoducho chliev, záchod katastrofálny , diery v stene , trčiace roxory a ventily ,.v izbách nedokončené steny ,padajúce omietky,bez klimatizácie,b kuchyni len dvojplatnicka,mala.varna konvica ,chladnička ,pár hrncov ktoré sa dali použiť ,veľmi slabé vybavenie a osvetlenie , v kuchyni trčali káble zo steny , celé ubytovanie katastrofa , neodporučil by som ani nepriateľovi, malo parkovacích miest pri ubytovaní,žiadna práčka , a hlavne chýbalo súkromie nakoľko cez terasu kde sme jedli chodili ľudia , veľmi si rozmyslim či pri ďalšej dovolenke pôjdem cez vašu agentúru, ak by ste chceli aktuálne katastrofické foto z ubytovania ,rád poskytnem
Shower, disastrous, dangerous, the housekeeper warned us to shower with the light off, so that we don't get killed by the electricity, sharp tiles, just a shack, the toilet is disastrous, holes in the wall, pipes and valves sticking out, unfinished walls in the rooms, falling plaster, no air conditioning , b kitchen only double-plate, small kettle, fridge, a few pots that could be used, very poor equipment and lighting, cables sticking out of the wall in the kitchen, the whole accommodation a disaster, I would not recommend it even to an enemy, there were few parking spaces at the accommodation, none washing machine, and mainly lacked privacy as there were people walking through the terrace where we were eating, I will think twice about whether I will go through your agency on my next vacation, if you would like a current catastrophic photo of the accommodation, I will be happy to provide

It was our second time in Basina.
This appartment is perfectly located with a great view.
But equipment are really at the minimum for this price. The odor in the bath room was really bad et the way the owner welcome people is really not at the expected level for this price and compared to the way other owners welcomed us each time we rent in croatia.
Bad human experience :(

Dovolenou jsme si skvěle užili. Domácí jsme vůbec nepotkali, pouze při placení. Pro lidi s nějakým pohybovým handicapem není místo příliš vhodné - hodně schodů k moři, na procházku. Poslední dva dny přijeli hosté z Maďarska, kteří byli velmi hluční zejména v nočních hodinách.
Každopádně bychom uvítali alespoň základní informace a doporučení, kde nakoupit potraviny, ryby, zeleninu, případně doporučení na restauraci. V informacích byla uvedena v blízkosti samoobsluha a restaurace, ovšem nikdo z dotázaných nám tuto informaci nepotvrdil. Objevili jsme pouze pojízdnou prodejnu pekárny, okénko s prodejem zeleniny a ovoce a stánek s alkoholem.
Moře nádherné, čisté, pláže až na výjimky také čisté, pouze vstup do moře bez obuvi velmi nekomfortní.
Co se týká samotného ubytování - špinavé a páchnoucí nádobí v lince bylo nutno pořádně umýt. Ale nejedná se o problém majitele, ale předchozích hostů. Myčka nádobí a pračka, super. K satelitu není návod, nepodařilo se nám jej zprovoznit, lednice první čtyři dny jakoby nechladila. K běžnému úklidu během pobytu nevhodné prostředky (rozbitý kbelík, mop, který nestírá...).
We leave a great time. Pets are not met, only to pay. To people with mobility disabilities should not place too - a lot of steps to the sea walk. The last two days, guests arrived from Hungary, who were very noisy especially at night. Anyway, we would welcome at least some basic information and recommendations on where to buy groceries, fish, vegetables, or a recommendation for a restaurant. The information was placed near the supermarket and restaurants, but none of the surveyed us this information confirmed. We discovered only a mobile shop bakery window with the sale of vegetables and fruits and stand with alcohol. Sea gorgeous, clean beaches exceptions also clean, only access to the sea without shoes very uncomfortable. Regarding the hotel itself - dirty and smelly dishes in line it had to be properly washed. But this is not a problem owner, but previous guests. Dishwasher and washing machine, super. The Satellite is not a tutorial, we could not make it work, fridge first four days if not cooled. For normal cleaning staying inappropriate means (broken bucket, mop, which nestírá ...).
